Exhibitors are responsible to provide their own equipment for any sales processing. Full refund will be given to cancellations received in writing before 5:00 PM on Saturday, September 17, 2022. No refunds will be processed after that date. Skookum Rotary reserves the right to include or deny any vendor at its sole discretion. Exhibitors are expected to be entirely self-contained and comply with all health & safety guidelines and laws. Exhibitors cooking with fire are required to provide a fire extinguisher for your space. We (I, the applicant, and the business/organization I represent), hereby enter Skookum Rotary OysterFest at our own risk and will abide by all rules and regulations (AKA guidelines) of the OysterFest and Skookum Rotary as well as state and local laws and guidelines. We further agree that if any damages or loss be occasioned or damages occur from any cause, to the booth or table, merchandise, decoration, or articles that we may enter with this entry, we will make no claim against OysterFest, Skookum Rotary, and/or Port of Shelton: and we further agree to indemnify the aforementioned against any legal proceeding for personal injuries of property damage arising from an accident of any cause whatsoever.
