Vendor Registration

THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY MEETING FOR VENDORS/EXHIBITORS ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2010 AT 6:00PM AT THE SENIOR CENTER ON RAILROAD STREET IN SHELTON.   Each organization wishing to participate as a vendor at Oysterfest must complete a vendor application.  Please submit ONLY ONE APPLICATION per organization.  Please read the entire form carefully! There are several fields which are mandatory on the form.  You must supply a full name of your organization and a description of the product you wish to sell.  In addition, we need to know whether or not your booth will require electrical outlets, and if so, how many and what voltage.  We cannot provide last minute power needs.  You must provide that information upon submitting this form.  Please select a contact person and provide the information requested in order for us to better meet your needs.  Thank You. 

This name will appear on the booth sign. Please be complete and accurate. DO NOT ABBREVIATE YOUR ORGANIZATION NAME.
