Vendor/Exhibitor Registration

  A representative of your organization MUST attend a mandatory Vendors' and Exhibitors' meeting at 6:00 p.m., TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, at 6PM, Mason Co. Public Works Bldg., 100 Public Works Drive, SHELTON.  NOTE: THIS IS A CHANGE IN THE DATE, TIME AND VENUE FOR THIS MEETING.    Passes for the volunteers working at your booth will be given to you at that time.If you're interested in changing your product offering, or in creating either financial or production efficiencies, we are scheduling a special meeting with area restaurateurs who will provide advice and ideas. Contact your Vendor Chair, Patti Case, at pcase@greendiamond.com for more information.Each organization wishing to participate as a vendor or exhibitor at Oysterfest must complete the vendor/exhibitor application below.  Please submit ONLY ONE APPLICATION per organization.  Please read the entire form carefully! This name will appear on the booth sign. Please be complete and accurate. DO NOT ABBREVIATE YOUR ORGANIZATION NAME. 

Please specify exactly how your organization's name will read on the sign. Also write a short description of your product, if you are a Vendor.  Be brief to ensure your customers will read the sign!

Tell us in 25 words or less what your product is, so that we may ensure there will be no product duplication.

Please describe the type of appliances (i.e. range, electric fry pan, etc.) , number of same appliances you will use, electric or gas, and amperage and voltage of each electrical appliance to be used in your booth.
