Ticket & RV/Camping Reservation Refund/Cancellation Policy

All admission sales, which include the online purchase of tickets or the online reservation of RV or camping space, are final and purchasers will receive proof of purchase electronically. OysterFest is rain or shine event and there will be NO REFUNDS or exchanges of admissions of any kind. Do not lose your ticket or online purchase receipt, as it will NOT be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed. When you enter the venue your ticket or online purchase receipt will entitle you to a wristband. You must wear the wristband at all times. Anybody not wearing a wristband will be asked to leave the venue. By purchasing admission of any kind you consent to allow our security team to search you and your vehicle upon entry to the venue. Your admission is being purchased to OysterFest and not to any particular artist’s performance. All artist’s listed on the web site are currently confirmed for the event, and we reserve the right to cancel, change or reschedule any and all musical acts and venues. The holder of the ticket grants the promoter the right to use their image/likeness as captured on film, video or any other electronic medium being utilized at the event, and further understands that such images will likely be used to promote future events. OysterFest and Shelton Skookum Rotary Club Foundation reserve the right to refuse entrance, or remove any ticket holder from the venue, for any reason.

Each ticket is good only for the event for which it is issued and is not transferable. Each ticket is a limited revocable license and may be revoked and admission refunded at the sole discretion of the sponsoring organization. OysterFest and Shelton Skookum Rotary Club Foundation reserve the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket price, to refuse admission or eject any person whose actions are deemed disorderly or fails to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein. In addition, OysterFest and Shelton Skookum Rotary Club Foundation are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen. BY COMPLETING THIS PURCHASE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THE ADMISSION PURCHASE POLICY.

In the event of cancellation, refunds will be available for 3 weeks only. Refund information will be available at this web site. Cancellation would require that both days of OysterFest are canceled. If any day of the festival takes place in part or in full, the festival shall not be deemed to be cancelled. If the event is postponed and rescheduled for another date within 3 months of scheduled date, the ticket shall be valid for the rescheduled date, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This ticket is not subject to any refund (unless show is cancelled, as outlined above) and shall bear no cash value. If issued complimentary, this ticket shall not be exchangeable. No refunds, no exchanges except as provided herein, event date & time subject to change. All rights reserved.
OysterFest and Shelton Skookum Rotary Club Foundation are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets sent via US Mail. Customers must report any lost or missing tickets no later than 48 hours before doors open.

Contest & Exibitor Entry Refund/Cancellation Policy

Please note that all OysterFest contest and exhibitor registration fees are non-refundable. OysterFest is rain or shine event and there will be NO REFUNDS of any kind. OysterFest and Shelton Skookum Rotary Club Foundation reserve the right to refuse entrance, or remove any ticket holder, contestant, exhibitor or vendor from the venue, for any reason.
