ART AND PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITION
OYSTERFEST 2011
GENERAL GUIDELINES
· All entries will be screened prior to acceptance for compliance with guidelines and requirements of this exhibition.
· All entries must be the original artwork of the entrant.
· If artwork is for sale, a price must be indicated. Note – a 33.3% commission will be taken by OysterFest and sales tax is the responsibility of the entrant.
· An address label must be attached securely to the back/underside of each entry with name, address, phone number and title.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
· An entry fee of $10 per entry is required. Maximum entries, 3 per artist.
· Entry drop off time 10-5, Tuesday September 27 and Wednesday September 28, 2011
at Art Talks, located at 122 S. 3rd Street, Shelton, WA. Phone 360-432-1101.
Entry drop off time 10-6, Thursday September 29 at Port of Shelton Fairgrounds, Building #7.
· Artwork to be hung must be in a suitable frame and ready to hang with a wire hanger.
· There is no minimum size, maximum size is 32x40.
· Paint must be dry.
· Pick up entries from building #7 Sunday October 2, 2011 from 4 PM – 6 PM. All entries must be picked up at the appointed time or a storage fee will be charged. After 30 days, artwork will be considered abandoned.
· Skookum Rotary (OysterFest) and the Port of Shelton Fairgrounds are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged artwork.

*Selected Art/Artist will be awarded $50 each. Another $50 will be given to the OysterFest booth of each artist’s choice.
